Large modern coal mines are expected to account for 87% of the country's total production capacity, according to the plan. The plan also aims to significantly improve coal mine safety, green development, and the clean and efficient use of coal. Smart mines are expected to account for 75% of total production capacity, while the development of a more diversified coal-based industrial structure will be accelerated. Coal consumption is expected to peak during the plan period, alongside the establishment of a more robust mechanism for balancing supply and demand. The plan places energy security alongside the green transition as key priorities. Focusing on the development of a modern coal industry system, it outlines nine major tasks, including optimizing coal development and spatial distribution, accelerating industrial restructuring, and strengthening the production, supply, storage and sales system. Other priorities include advancing the green and low-carbon transition, improving the clean and efficient use of coal, and promoting technological innovation. The plan also calls for stronger safety management, modernized industry governance, and a higher level of modernization across the sector. (By Tang Yuxian) 。 जागरण संवाददाता, कैथल। पड़ोसी गांव के युवक ने 15 साल की छात्रा के साथ छेड़छाड़ की और उसे जातिसूचक शब्द भी बोले गए। चीका थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी व्यक्ति की शिकायत पर आरोपित हरमन गिल के विरुद्ध चीका थाना में पॉक्सो, एससी एसटी एक्ट सहित विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया है।,शिकायत में बताया कि उसकी 15 वर्षीय बेटी गांव के ही एक स्कूल में दसवीं कक्षा में पढ़ती है। पड़ोसी गांव का युवक उनके गांव में दिहाड़ी मजदूरी करने के लिए आता है। आरोप है कि जब उसकी बेटी स्कूल से आती जाती है तो आरोपित उसके साथ छेड़छाड़ करता है।,एक सप्ताह पहले भी आरोपित ने बेटी के साथ छेड़छाड़ की थी। बेटी ने विरोध किया तो उसके साथ मारपीट की। आरोपित ने उसे जातिसूचक शब्द भी कहे। बेटी ने इस बारे घर आकर बताया तो पुलिस को शिकायत दी गई थी।,चीका थाना प्रभारी अमन सिंह ने बताया कि शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपित के विरुद्ध एससी एसटी एक्ट, पॉक्सो सहित अन्य धाराओं के तहत केस दर्ज कर लिया है। मामले की आगामी जांच की जा रही है। जल्द ही आरोपित को गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा।。
