A | 《日报》全媒体记者赵丽杰　　“指挥中心，我们现在已经成功与载有产妇的救护车对接，请开启‘绿波带’协助通行！”5月12日17时许，兴城市兴海南路上演了惊心动魄的一幕，一辆闪烁着警灯的警车在路上疾驰，紧随其后的是一辆120救护车…… 　　当天17时10分，兴城市公安局交警大队巡防二中队接到指令，有一产妇难产，急需送往兴城市人民医院，当时载有产妇的急救车已经从红崖子镇驶出，请该中队全力协助护送。接警后，指导员刘东与救护车司机取得联系，得知救护车将在10分钟后到达刘八斗交通岗，刘东立即带领辅警魏鑫赶赴该岗接应，同时安排辅警田峰、郑宗元分别在天和岗、地号岗疏导车辆。　　刘东了解到，孩子已经露出头部，情况非常危急。

C | 从刘八斗交通岗到达兴城市人民医院，刘东脑海里马上规划出两条路线，其中一条距离最近，但需要经过车流量较大的南关交通岗，当时正值晚高峰，车流密集；另外一条路车流较少，不过绕行路程较远。刘东向指挥中心汇报规划的两条路线，指挥中心回应：“危急时刻一定要分秒必争，选择最近的路线，我们马上调派巡防三中队警力进行协助，同时开启‘绿波带’。”巡防三中队民警冯文博接警后，迅速将警力布控到各个路口，并时刻关注救护车位置，提前疏导交通，确保道路畅通。　　17时22分，刘东接到救护车。“放心，‘绿色通道’已经准备就绪，只需跟着警车就行。”刘东对救护车司机说。警灯闪烁、警笛鸣响，一边是刘东驾驶警车一路引导救护车前行；一边是巡防二中队、三中队辅警在各个路口疏导车辆；同时指挥中心值班员张金忠开启应急救援“绿波带”，对行进路线前方信号灯路口进行远程调控，确保救护车从刘八斗到兴城市人民医院途经的4个路口均为绿灯。
